Really impressive image , it is almost three dimensional . It
leads the eye into following the steps of the person walking down
the stairs. I can almost see the children running up and down and
playing there. It seems pretty accomplished perhaps a little bit too
bright in the highlights and a little bit too blue in the shadows .

Nice photo Eugenio. Like the way you shot this photo in that you
really lead the viewer right in. The dark walls of the tunnel make
it had to look any place but were you want us to.

very natural and the screen layout is good...best regards , Gisela

Nice architecture tourist shot. Very nice location. Good
composition with good angle of shot and nice crop. Maybe without
people this was better, but maybe is OK. Regards, Mike.

Hi! Excelent compostiiton and excelent control of light and
shadow. The suspended lamp gives some strenght to the frame formed
by building. I would prefer the man in another position, for example
in the end of the stairs. In this position is is too peripherical
and dark. Jose Paulo

I like this photo. I like the way you can see washed clothing
hanging outside to dry. That adds to the sense that this a
neighborhood and not just a nice place for a tourist to visit. The
only thing that doesn't work for me is the man descending the steps.
Because he is in the darker part of the photo, he seems almost a
distraction. I think he would be less distracting if the picture was
taken when he was in the lighted end of the walkway. All in all, an
wonderful photo, very well done.

Hey, very particular and sunny thing! You choiched an interesting
frame with the coloured roofs and thicks so typical in that places.
And this with a good sharpness an brightness. I find as a good idea,
too, the man in the scene, who adds a sensation of a live and not
flat place. Really fine this photo. Bravo. - Una cosa molto
particolare e solare!

While the Lantern is the title of the photo, it is the whole
scene that I find fascinating. Well framed from the position the
photo was taken you have produced an architectural photo of real
interest and merit. Very well lit buildings, hanging clothes and two
lamps give a very satisfying view of ....where? ,Eugenio. A lovely
view of a foreign scene to me.
