Hi Eugenio, this is a very nice capture. In particular there are
two things that I like. First, the color of the trees is very good
it keeps the image from being flat. Second, the fog /low clouds add

Nice winter shot, I know its a tough job to compose in
snow.
The snow at the center of the image is slightly overexposed. If
it works out, composing from a different angle to look for some
leveling with the lake shore would be better, otherwise you have
done pretty well.

This is a very emotive photo to me. The wonderful calm winter
colors translate the stillnes, the coming to rest in this season and
at the same time the earthen, warm, subdued tones of the trees in
the middle contribute a memory to the past season with its flaming
glory. For me they and the memory incited in solem, dormant times
they create are the main focus of the picture (since one critic
asked what the main object is). Just beautiful. Thanks for sharing

Eugenio, this is definitely a nice photo of winter. Color,
lighting, sharpness and composition of pic is great here. Sorry for

Very good picture Eugenio. The perfect wintercolors are very nice
and the brown and red colors of the trees are very attractive in
this shot. Composition with the water is also very good, the foggy
mountains at the background make this very nice winterlandscape.

Eugenio, this is a nice peaceful winter picture (you can almost
'hear' the silence). I would suggest to crop the picture at the
bottom as it takes away from the wonderful light in the trees in the
top part of this photograph.

Hi, Eugenio. Thanks for commenting on my Lincoln photo. I think
this photo of yours successfully communicates the cold silence of
winter in a peaceful setting shrouded in mist, but I'm not sure what
is the focal point of the composition. Perhaps you could have given
more prominence to the house on the right by placing it on one of
the thirds and maybe using a slightly longer zoom setting? Regards,

Nice photo Eugenio. Like your setting and the way you have used
your DOF. The tree in the middle of the shot is a little out of
focus, would have helped to have it in, could be because of
movement. Also the upper right corner gets a little white, may be a
natural line in the mountain. Reflection also helps.

A wonderful shot of winter. The midle tone
colours are very well composed agains the whites of snow and dark of
lake and center trees.
For my personal taste, the fog dont
improve the photo, but works agains the colour balance. May be just
my taste...

A really very beautiful photography, with tenue but very

hello Eugenio, a marvelous submission of these friedvollen
winters landscape, the ice on the water shows here the impression of
cold weather very well, a walk by such a winter forest is recovery
SAM and gives a good feeling, the colors arrives so good and it has

Great winterlandscape. Very beautiful autumn and wintercolours in
it. Good composition you made of it but I would crop little from
above in the picture, but that is personal taste. Good sharp and

Hi! This landscape is very good! I like the composition, the
color of the snow (not overexposed), the light and essentially the
mist in the slpoe of the mountain. The key to the photo, is from my
pont of view, the river that has an almost diagonal path separating
the interesting and focused foreground from the main part of the

effectively you must admit that also mother nature gives one hand
to you in the photos. what it attracts me more is the contrast
between the colors of the trees on the rivers and those in the
background like if they were puttinges in rest for you.
effettivamente devi ammettere che anche madre natura ti da una mano
nelle foto. quello che mi attira di più è il contrasto tra i colori
degli alberi sulla rive e quelli nello sfondo come se si fossero
messi in posa per te.

Ciao Eugenio. I saw in another your photos this beautyful
landscape that you, fortunally, can often see. And I have to say
that this photo is very successful, giving us this kind of soft
atmpshere. The image is sharp and this even with the strong
sensation of the snow's presence in the light, or, better, in the
air.
Very beautyful the contrast of colors of trees and water
with the soft withe of the snow.
Yes, If I have to think in a
pleasant way to the winter I think it so. Bravo!

altre tue foto questo panorama che hai la fortuna di vedere spesso.
E devo dire che questa foto è particolarmente riuscita bene, dandoci
questo tipo di atmosfera delicata. L'immagine è nitida e questo
perfino con la forte sensazione della presenza della neve nella
luce, o, meglio, nell'aria.
Molto bello il contrasto dei colori
degli alberi e dell'acqua con il soffice bianco della neve.

credo che se devo pensare all'inverno in un modo piacevole me lo
penso così. Bravo!

Wonderful winter landscape Eugenio!The mist that is descending
from the stop, the snow-covered zones, the water with its
reflections, all the composition has the atmosphere and the colors

Very excellent photograph. The sharpness is superb and as if
nearly being there to see this scene. The colors are definitely
winter as is the fog and haze higher up.
